f your contract is in company name and you link a bank account as payment method, a SEPA document with your data will be generated during registration. We need you to send us a copy of the signed and stamped Direct Debit Order. The original must be sent by regular mail to our address so that we can finalize the processing of the shipment of your device.
It is very important that you send your bank the reference number of this document (located at the top of the PDF file), in order to avoid the return of the receipts.
